Read 3068 as "thirty inches by sixty-eight inches" and everything downstream is wrong by half a foot. The safe habit for an export quotation is to never quote a callout alone: give the callout, then the unit size in both inches and millimetres, then the rough opening. Three lines, no ambiguity.
