Enter the room and who will sleep in it. With a twin, the third check matters most: at 191 cm it is a short size.
All in centimetres. 1 in = 2.54 cm.
It leaves 76.5 cm at each side and 89 cm at the foot, and 61 cm is enough to walk.
Measured from the mattress. In a small room a twin can also go against a side wall.
The bed and two 46 cm nightstands, 8 cm from it, take 205 cm of your 250 cm wall.
A twin is usually paired with a 46–53 cm (18–21 in) nightstand.
170 cm is under 183 cm (6 ft), so a 191 cm mattress is long enough.
Over 6 ft (183 cm), a twin XL gives the extra 13 cm at the same width.
