All in centimetres. 1 in = 2.54 cm.
As you raise it from the floor, the top corner reaches 208.8 cm. Your ceiling is 240 cm, so there is 31.2 cm to spare.
Matters when the wardrobe is assembled on its back and then stood up.
Carried long side first, it needs an opening of 60 × 100 cm. Your doorway is 76 × 198 cm.
Assumes a straight carry. Flat-pack boxes are as long as the tallest panel and also have to turn on the stairs.
Each door swings out about 50 cm. You have 90 cm of clear floor in front.
Two equal hinged doors are each half the total width.

The rail runs from side to side, so each hanger points from the back panel to the doors.
TOP VIEWAn adult hanger is about 43 cm across and a coat hanger 46–48 cm. On a side-to-side rail, shirts and jackets need at least 50 cm of clear depth and coats 53 cm (21 in), or they press on the doors.
FRONT, DOORS OPENDoubles are often split down the middle. With a center divider each side is about 47 cm wide. In a 200 cm wardrobe the rail sits about 170–175 cm up, roughly 5 cm (2 in) below the hat shelf.
Most freestanding double-door wardrobes are 90–120 cm (35–47 in) wide, 55–60 cm deep and 180–200 cm tall. In the UK and Europe, doubles are often 90–100 cm wide.
On the hanging side, yes. Long dresses and coats need 150–170 cm (59–67 in) of drop, and in a 200 cm double the rail sits about 170–175 cm up.
Each hinged door swings out by its own width, so on a double wardrobe each door takes about half the total width. With 40–50 cm doors, keep 75–90 cm (30–35 in) of clear floor in front so you can stand at the open door.
A rail across a 95 cm double holds about 38 shirts, or 25 shirts and 6 jackets. That is why most people pair a double wardrobe with a chest of drawers for folded clothes.
Often both: a double is often split into a hanging side and a shelf side. With a center divider, a 100 cm double has two compartments of about 47 cm each.
