Standard wardrobes are 50–60 cm (20–24 in) deep — hanging needs ~58 cm. Single-door units are 76–102 cm (30–40 in) wide, double-door 122–152 cm (48–60 in), and 183–213 cm (72–84 in) tall. IKEA PAX frames come 50/75/100 cm wide.
A wardrobe is specified by outside width, depth and height; internal hanging-rail heights are measured from the floor.

A spec table only helps if the buyer reads it. Many don't — shoppers routinely try to judge a product's size straight from the images, and wrong size or fit is the most-cited reason things get returned. The fix is to mark the real dimensions on the photo itself, where the buyer is already looking.

A double-door freestanding wardrobe is typically 122–152 cm / 48–60 in wide. Single-door units run 76–102 cm / 30–40 in and triple-door 183–229 cm / 72–90 in.
A single long-hang rail is usually ~168 cm / 66 in from the floor. For a double-hang layout, mount the top rod at ~208 cm / 81 3/4 in and the lower rod at ~103 cm / 40 1/2 in.

Leave at least 5 cm / 2 in between the top of the rod and the shelf above so hangers can be lifted off, and keep the rod at least 30 cm / 12 in from the back wall.
