A circular (tubular) bulk bag is woven as a tube on a circular loom and cut to length, so it has no vertical seams (Palmetto). Stock circular bags sit on a 35 × 35 in base, 30 to 64 in tall, rated 2200 to 3000 lbs: Halsted’s 35x35x40" bag takes 2200lbs at 5:1, and BAG Corp’s 35" x 35" x 46" holds 38 Cubic Feet and 2200 lbs. Without side seams it resists sifting and moisture, and BAG Corp sells it without a liner for fine and hygroscopic materials. Filled it rounds out: Taihua’s UN-tested 900x900x800mm bag measures φ1150x850mm filled, and Bulk-Pack gives 45-48 in. for the standard filled diameter, two across in a container. For a round bag, ISO 21898 counts the fill height against the base diameter.

BAG Corp’s 35" x 35" x 46" tubular bag is entered at Bulk-Pack’s 45 in filled diameter, with Transoplast’s 1200 × 1200 mm pallet and Triton’s 20 ft. Enter your bulk density; each check uses the numbers in the tables on this page.
Sizes in millimetres, weights in kilograms, bulk density in kg per cubic metre (1 g/cm³ = 1,000 kg/m³). A filled bag is wider than its base, so enter the filled size; for a bag that rounds out, its filled diameter as both length and width.
1.08 m³ × 900 kg/m³ = 972 kg, 26 kg under the 998 kg safe working load.

Filled, the bag takes 1143 × 1143 mm of the 1200 × 1200 mm pallet, leaving 57 mm and 57 mm of deck.
Bulk-Pack: the standard filled diameter is 45-48 in.; 45 in is 1,143 mm, on Transoplast’s 1200 × 1200 mm pallet. Taihua’s 900 mm bag measures φ1150 mm filled.
Bags of 1143 × 1143 mm go 10 per layer, 1 high: 10, enough for your 10, and 10 × 973.5 kg = 9735 kg is within the 28380 kg payload.
Two 1,143 mm bags side by side take 2,286 mm of the 2,352 mm width: two across, as Bulk-Pack says. One high; FIBCA: stack only bags designed to be stacked.

Stock circular bags in the US are 35 × 35 in at the base, like U-panel bags, and 30 to 64 in tall: BAG Corp sells 35" x 35" x 30" to 35" x 35" x 52", Halsted 35x35x35" to 39x39x64". Kanplas makes them 90cm to 100cm wide.

Often not for fine powders: without side seams it has improved sift and moisture resistance, and BAG Corp sells a linerless version for fine and hygroscopic materials. United Bags says fine and powdery materials often do not require an inner liner.
