A standard desk is 71–76 cm (28–30 in) tall — about 73.7 cm (29 in) — and 122–183 cm (48–72 in) wide by 61–76 cm (24–30 in) deep. Sit-stand desks adjust 56–122 cm (22–48 in) per ANSI/BIFMA G1.
A desk is specified by width and depth (the worktop footprint) plus height from floor to surface; sit-stand desks vary the height.

A spec table only helps if the buyer reads it. Many don't — shoppers routinely try to judge a product's size straight from the images, and wrong size or fit is the most-cited reason things get returned. The fix is to mark the real dimensions on the photo itself, where the buyer is already looking.

ANSI/BIFMA G1-2013 recommends 56–118 cm / 22–46.5 in to fit the 5th-percentile woman to the 95th-percentile man; Herman Miller’s Renew adjusts 69–117 cm / 27–46 in standard, or 56–122 cm / 22–48 in extended.

OSHA recommends a knee space at least 52 cm / 20 in wide, 44 cm / 17 in deep at the knees and 60 cm / 24 in deep at the feet, with roughly 50–72 cm / 20–28 in of vertical clearance under the top.
At least 61 cm / 24 in; use 76 cm / 30 in for multi-monitor setups to keep a 50–100 cm / 20–40 in viewing distance.
