Standard flat poly mailers run 6 × 9 in (152 × 229 mm) up to 19 × 24 in (483 × 610 mm), sized width × length. The 10 × 13 in (254 × 330 mm) mailer is the e-commerce workhorse; the industry-standard wall is 2–2.5 mil.
Poly mailers are specified width × length; the figure is the usable pouch, with a self-seal adhesive lip beyond the top edge, and wall thickness in mil.

A spec table only helps if the buyer reads it. Many don't — shoppers routinely try to judge a product's size straight from the images, and wrong size or fit is the most-cited reason things get returned. The fix is to mark the real dimensions on the photo itself, where the buyer is already looking.
SizeMarker snaps dimension lines to the poly mailer's edges and exports at Amazon or Alibaba size, so the measurement is accurate and legible — not a guess typed over the picture. That answers the size question up front and cuts pre-sale questions and size-driven returns.

10 × 13 in (254 × 330 mm) is the most widely used poly mailer, fitting an adult T-shirt, jeans, or a light jacket; the next steps up are 12 × 15.5 in and 14.5 × 19 in.
2.5 mil is the industry standard for clothing and soft goods. Use 2 mil for flat items under 0.5 lb and 3–6 mil for heavier items or those with sharp corners or zippers.
A single folded T-shirt fits a 9 × 12 in (229 × 305 mm) or 10 × 13 in (254 × 330 mm) poly mailer; up to about five folded shirts fit a 10 × 13 in.
Padded poly bubble mailers run #000 (4 × 8 in) through #7 (14.25 × 20 in). Common sellers are #0 (6 × 10 in), #2 (8.5 × 12 in), and #5 (10.5 × 16 in).
Flat poly mailer sizes are the usable pouch (width × length), with a self-seal lip beyond it. Bubble mailers list an outer size; the usable interior is about 0.5–1 in smaller because of the lining.
Every figure on this page is traced to a named source, linked under each table. Standard sizes come from published standards and established industry references; where a size is a typical range or varies by manufacturer, we say so. Sizes vary by region, model and revision — treat these as the standard reference, and confirm the exact spec of the item you are selling.
