Standard kitchen countertops sit 914 mm (36 in) above the floor, run about 635–648 mm (25–25.5 in) deep over a 610 mm (24 in) base cabinet, and use a 2 cm or 3 cm (3/4–1 1/4 in) stone slab, with a 25–38 mm (1–1.5 in) overhang.
A countertop is specified by its run length × depth (front edge to wall); its 36 in installed height and 2–3 cm slab thickness are set separately.

A spec table only helps if the buyer reads it. Many don't — shoppers routinely try to judge a product's size straight from the images, and wrong size or fit is the most-cited reason things get returned. The fix is to mark the real dimensions on the photo itself, where the buyer is already looking.
SizeMarker snaps dimension lines to the countertop's edges and exports at Amazon or Alibaba size, so the measurement is accurate and legible — not a guess typed over the picture. That answers the size question up front and cuts pre-sale questions and size-driven returns.

36 inches (914 mm) from the finished floor — a 34.5 in (876 mm) base cabinet topped by a roughly 1.5 in (38 mm) countertop.
25 to 25.5 inches (635–648 mm), which is a 24 in (610 mm) base cabinet plus a 1–1.5 in (25–38 mm) front overhang.
Quartz and granite slabs are most commonly 2 cm (20 mm) or 3 cm (30 mm) thick; thin 1–1.3 cm (10–13 mm) sheets are used for vertical or cladding work, and fabricated edges are often built up to 1.5 in (38 mm).
4 inches (100 mm) above the countertop is standard; 6 in (150 mm) and full-height (up to the wall cabinets or ceiling) are also common.
A standard counter is 36 in (914 mm) and a raised bar is 42 in (1067 mm). NKBA allows 24 × 15 in (610 × 381 mm) of space per diner at 36 in and 24 × 12 in (610 × 305 mm) at 42 in.
Standard quartz slabs run about 120–122 × 55–56.5 in (305–310 × 140–143 cm); jumbo slabs run about 128–132 × 63–65.5 in (325–335 × 160–166 cm) — for example, a Cambria jumbo slab is 132 × 65.5 in (335 × 166 cm).

Standard sizes come from published standards and established industry references; where a size is a typical range or varies by manufacturer, we say so. Sizes vary by region, model and revision — treat these as the standard reference, and confirm the exact spec of the item you are selling.
